Terms & Conditions

You must have a confirmed reservation with the Gulliver's Hotel, booked via our website (www.gullivershotel.com) directly, which has been confirmed by email back to yourself. The cheaper rate must be a published rate (excluding negotiable rates) and excludes groups and special packages. It must be for the same Hotel, same date(s), same room type and for the same number of persons. It must also have the same tariff style and conditions (ie. minimum nights stay, prepayment, closed on arrival, etc… as appropriate), and must satisfy the same cancellation or modification policy.

The competing rate must be communicated to the reservations department, by email (reservation@gullivershotel.com) within a maximum of 24 hours after the date on which the reservation was made on our website, and must be made outside of our cancellation policies (ie 7 days prior to arrival for midweek bookings, 14 days prior to arrival for weekend bookings and 30 days for Conference, Pride and Bank Holiday bookings).

The cheaper tariff must be available to book online at the time of the claim and full details as to where this rate is displayed must be provided for verification.
